I have chosen to pursue a BHM course in this university because I always wanted to become a chef de cuisine as it stands to be my passion and now I am trying to move from my passion to my profession. The resources and faculty members of Vatel are helping me follow my dreams.
I am confident in saying that Vatel is the best in terms of honing management skills in its students. This provides us with many opportunities in terms of internship program to develop and to practice our skills. In addition to learning subjects, we take part in cultural and sports events, being part of fests and seminar attending workshop, delivering talks and guiding peers.

Hospitality is all about bringing perfection in everything we do, no matter how small a task it is.
I opted Hotel Management as I was passionate to make a career in cooking. I choose Vatel because of its tie up with Vatel of France and in comparison, with other private universities, Vatel was offering multiple opportunities of international exposure which would have helped me in my pursuit of becoming a chef. The faculty members here are very cooperative and supportive. I found Vatel India the most disciplined institute as everything is well controlled here.
In addition to learning subjects, taking parts in cultural and sports events, being part of fests and seminars attending workshop, delivering talks and guiding peers, i have a lot of fun alongside. Thank you to the faculty and staff for being so encouraging and nurturing. The institute made me realise that "Having patience and being responsible are the two golden keys to success".

When I discovered about this hotel management course at the Vatel Hotel & Tourism Business School at Sushant university, I strongly felt that studying here would be the right thing to do because not only have I gained knowledge about how hotels and restaurants work, I have also discovered myself as a human being.
From the first day of orientation, I knew I was in a field that was not only very interesting, but also taught me important values in life. After finishing my school, I started searching for colleges when I came across a well-established university named as the Sushant University, and to my surprise, since I had to pursue hotel management it had a collaboration with the Vatel Hotel and Tourism Business School of France.
This turned out to be a great plus point as after the completion of the 4- Year course, I would be entitled to receiving 2 degrees, that of Vatel. the college has given me several opportunities and exposure to the industry with site visits and internships in 2nd and 3rd year. I'm currently in 1st year 2nd semester and it has been the best till now.
All the faculty members are very supportive and welcoming in nature, assignments and practicals are conducted on daily basis to make us capable of achieving our dreams and be successful in our life. I have a wholehearted interest in being a chef and I'm so lucky to be able to get a chance to learn it from such a great institution.

At the Vatel Hotel & Tourism Business School, Sushant University, I discovered that all the skills can be honed by anybody who is willing to learn. Nothing is difficult. The professors and the faculty members are well qualified and experienced and are very cooperative and helpful they do their best to make the process of learning easy and user-friendly for the students.
Here we can get opportunities of domestic and international internships which in my mind is one of the greatest advantages for us students. my dream has always been to learn in France, in the French atmosphere. We have been made part of the international seminars and webinars which has given us a lot of confidence.
ANURAG BHARDWAJ
This school itself works like a mini hotel. There is a reception area, a waiting lounge, two restaurants, a bakery and two learning kitchens, the back areas are also kept very clean and hygienic.
The college insists a lot on enhancing our communication skills both in English and in French and in improving our level of confidence. I feel a lot of difference in my personality and in my inter-personal relations with my schoolmates and with the people at home.
This, in the real sense of the word, is hospitality. During my internship in France, I found the chefs to be very courteous and friendly. It was a real fun to work with them as they know very much about India and were always interested in knowing more about it. Even if we were not very fluent in French, we could communicate with these people easily.
During the internship there was no workload on us and we learned a lot about a restaurant management. That exposure to us was very useful and that country was so enjoyable and the people there was so nice that i am still obsessed with it and I just want to go back there. We also played football with the chefs of the hotel. It was a wonderful experience.
